SUTTON PLACE DENTAL SPIRIT
Since opening our office in November of 1996, our mission at Sutton Place Dental Associates has been to enhance the dental health and well- being of all our patients, not only those living in New York City’s metropolitan area, but also all our out of state and international patients. Our philosophy has always been centered on providing the highest quality in all clinical procedures and business conducts, in an extremely caring environment. By continuously reviewing our performance and striving to constantly improve, we have always done our utmost to provide all our patients with the type of attention they deserve.
Our Core Values – Our SPIRIT
by Dr. Joseph Salim
Leaders serve best when they show humility and compassion towards those who they seek to lead. They build relationships based on trust, are always ready and eager to help others, while coaching and mentoring their team members to be the best that they can possibly be.
Our actions are constantly focused on providing outstanding patient service in a very warm and welcoming environment. We treat each patient with respect, as if they were members of our own family.
We relentlessly pursue the highest level of honesty, ethics, and integrity at all times. We continuously focus on doing what is morally and ethically correct, and in the best interest of all our patients.
Everyone at Sutton Place Dental Associates has a duty and obligation to uphold our mission and core values. This means being accountable for our individual actions and having a strong commitment to giving our very best effort with every patient, every day.
We take pride in providing all our patients with a very comfortable, clean, safe, and friendly office. Using the state-of-the-art equipment, latest materials of the highest quality, and the most advanced techniques in dentistry today, we work very diligently to create an exquisite environment.
We can accomplish much more together as a team than as individuals. True success is based upon working together, and treating each other with dignity and respect. To accomplish this, we communicate regularly, openly, and constructively, while remaining open to a viewpoint that may be different from our own.
